Mr. Devanand Avagari is Chairman and Director of Archee Logistics Private Limited.

He is a graduate of Delhi University with a Bachelor in Commerce and Economics. He has further specialized in international business and logistics to sharpen his skills. He has been in the industry for over 15 years in various positions including Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, National Account Executive and VP of Sales.

With over 15 years of sales / operations experience with companies like Tranport Corporation of India Ltd, AFL Pvt Ltd and Toll Global Logistics, his area of expertise is International Airfreight, Airport CFS/ trucking, Supply Chain planning and execution. Devanand currently maintains a key focus on domestic Trucking for Telecom, Fashion, Apparel, Lubes, Cosmetics, FMCG, Home and Retail verticals with an aim to take ALPL into an elite league of Supply chain Integrators.

Prabhakar Mhatre has a degree in Commerce from Maharashtra University.  He has been in the industry for over 18 years in various positions with companies like GE & Expeditors,  his area of expertise is International People Management, Marketing, Supply Chain planning and execution. He has spent the last few years working to establish ALPL, a fledgling company with limited access to sources of finance, thereby limiting the operational scalability, but with a can do and will do attitude, which has ensured that ALPL benchmarks itself with Market Leaders.

He spearheads the corporate HR, training & CSR initiative by interacting with different stakeholders to design and reach each & every employee in India. Further refinements to interaction with blue collar employees leading to creation of “Work + Life, not “work vs Life” programs, contributing directly to ALPL operations and business development. Mhatre firmly believes that, its People are Key Assets & along with Processes and Partners, would help drive the organization to set standards within the Industry & New Entrants.
